Service Limitations

- We cannot guarantee card recovery in all situations
- We do not provide emergency cash services or account access
- Services are available only within the United Kingdom
User Responsibilities

Fees and Payment

Refund Policy
Refunds are available in the following circumstances:

- The card has already been destroyed according to standard banking procedures

Refunds are not available when recovery fails due to circumstances beyond our control, including operator refusal, machine inaccessibility, or client-provided incorrect information.

Estimated service timelines are provided for guidance purposes. Actual completion times may vary based on ATM operator response, machine location, and other factors outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties.
Intellectual Property
The content, design, graphics, and compilation of all content on the vine-raven website are our property or that of our licensors. They are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
